REMARKS 注意事項:
1. Students are required to email us to check the class availability and book the class at least 5 days in advance at admin@koreanlanguagehouse.com.
學生務必至少提前五天電郵我們以查詢及預約補課地點與時間,而郵箱地址是admin@koreanlanguagehouse.com。

2. Students are required to fill in the online replacement form on the centre's website (http://koreanlanguagehouse.com/) after booking the class. Students will receive an auto-reply email after that but they can also save the form as a copy if needed.
確定補課地點及時間後,學生務必到本中心網站(http://koreanlanguagehouse.com/)填寫補課申請表。屆時學生將會收到自動回覆的確認郵件。如有需要,學生亦可自行保留補課申請表的填寫記錄,以作日後參考。

3. If any postponement or changes are made for the replacement class, please email us at least 1 day in advance. Otherwise, the replacement will be forfeited.
倘若有任何有關補課之異動,請務必至少提前一天電郵通知我們,否則就會取消該補課次數。

4. Maximum of 2 replacement classes are allowed per term based on the arrangement of the centre. Students must replace based on their packages. For example, students who are signing up for 2-hours classes need to replace in other 2-hours classes and 3-hours classes will be replaced in other 3-hours classes. However, replacement classes must be made before the last lesson and STRICTLY NO postponing or pausing of classes during students' learning duration which will affect their attendance records.
每位學生可獲補課兩次,但補課地點及時間皆由中心安排。學生務必根據所簽的配套進行補課,並只限於在同時數的課上補課。同時學生務必在其所簽課程的最後一堂課前補課完畢,以及嚴格遵守不中途延課及停課的規則,以免影響出席記錄。
